"The OR Black Box was created to make surgery more transparent, precise, predictable and ultra safe. Our goal is to replace dogmas and traditions with data-driven decisions. To promote the culture of high-reliability, team collaboration and psychological safety. We want to change the way we study, teach and practice surgery and continuously improve."
